For £10 a month, become a Little Raven member and receive:
25% off all items in store (including custom orders!)
A digital loyalty card which will be stamped after every purchase. After ten stamps, you will be able to purchase one main collection item for free!
If you spend £100 or more at one time, you will receive an extra stamp.
Rules
You can cancel anytime. However, there are no refunds for recurring charges that have not been cancelled.
If you have used your discount in store, you will not be entitled to a refund for that month.
Your membership is monthly. If you decide to cancel before your next payment, your membership will continue for the remainder of the paid month.
Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.
Your loyalty discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other discount. If there is an automatic discount at checkout, your discount code will replace it.
You will receive a personal discount code upon receipt of your membership. Your discount code is individual to your email and is not to be shared.
If your membership ends, your discount code will expire at the end of your paid month.
Loyalty cards are stamped after each purchase and sent via email.
One ‘purchase’ means one item. Therefore every item purchased = one stamp. If there are multiple items in one order you will receive the same number of stamps as items in that order.
After a loyalty card has been filled, an email will be sent to you detailing your free item - it is important that you respond to this email to receive your item. Do not purchase it via the store as you will be charged postage.
As soon as you finish a loyalty card, receive your free item and begin purchasing again, your next stamped card will be sent to you.
If you cancel a membership and the last paid month has expired, your loyalty card will remain usable once you rejoin. No stamps will be given if your membership is not active.
